How do I get signed up as a Vendor?

There is currently only one way to sign up as a vendor and that is online. On the Portland Half & HealthFest Webpage, click the blue "Vendors" or "Vendor Registration" button to be re-directed to the online registration page. You can then complete the registration. You'll receive a confirmation email with your vendor information for the event.

When is the deadline to register as a vendor?

January 3 , 2025 - Early Registration Deadline - After this date, you will need to email marketing@portlandtx.org and ask if there is still room to register.

 

When can vendors set up?

Saturday, January 18, 2025: 7:30am - 8:30am. All vendor set-up must be complete by 9:00am on Saturday.

Can I see a booth layout map?

We will have access to a booth layout closer to the event.

When is the deadline to register for races?

January 3 , 2025 - Early Registration Deadline - After this date, there is no guarantee on receiving a t-shirt, race bib, finisher medal, or racer swag bag.

January 13, 2025 - Registration Deadline (Payment Due with Reservation - online only).

January 18, 2024 - Late Registration. Fees are increased. Must register on site by 7:30am at event.

Where do runners pick up race packets?

Packet pickup will be at:

Location: Portland Community Center, 2000 Billy G. Webb, Portland, TX

Date: Friday, Jan. 17th

Time: 5:00pm - 7:00 pm

Late Registration or Late Packet Pickup will be:

Location: Portland Community Center, 2000 Billy G. Webb, Portland, TX

Date: Saturday, Jan. 18th

Time: 6:30am - 7:30 am

 

Are there discounts for Chamber Members?

Yes, for vendors only. Chamber Members will get a $25 discount for registering as a vendor. Contact the Chamber Office at 361-777-4650 for more information or you can register online.
