FAQs

How do I get signed up?

There is currently only one way to sign up as a vendor and that is online. On the Windfest Webpage, click the "Market Place Retail Vendor" or "Food Truck Vendor" in the blue box to be re-directed to the correct online registration page. You can then complete the registration. You can also click "Windfest Rules" in the dropdown menu and select the correct vendor link in the blue box. After your submission, you'll receive a confirmation email with your vendor application submission for the event.

When can I set up?

Retail Market Vendors will set up by Friday, March 28, 2025, time is to be announced. All Retail Market Vendors must be completely set-up by 3:00 pm.

Food Truck Vendors and Commercial Food Vendor Booths will set up on Thursday, March 27, 2025, time is to be announced. All Food Vendors must be completely set up by 3:00 pm.

Can I see a booth layout map?

The Retail Marketplace Vendor and Food Vendor areas are not available yet and Official Windfest Event Maps will be available soon.

When will I know if I've been approved as a vendor?

Once approved, you will receive an official welcome email from marketing@portlandtx.org. Each application submission will be reviewed by the Windfest Committee every two weeks until all slots have been filled. The confirmation receipt you receive after your online application submission, is your payment confirmation only. It does not confirm your vendor status with Windfest.

If I'm returning as a vendor, do I still need to register online?

Yes. All application submissions must be completed online. If you have any questions, please call us at 361-777-4650.

When is the deadline to register as a vendor?

There is no deadline to register. We will accept applications until all spots have been filled. Once we are full, online registration will close.

What advertising opportunities are available?

You can become a sponsor for Windfest and have your company will be advertised through our event promotions. See sponsor opportunities here.

Are there any discounts for vendor registrations?

Unfortunately no. We do not offer any discounts at this time.

Where do I pick up my vendor packet?

Vendor Information will be emailed. Local vendors can pickup passes at the Portland Chamber of Commerce Office. If you are over 100 miles from our location, you can access your passes at Windfest Vendor Check-in on March 27, 2025, time and location TBA.
